How to buy at a pre determined price even if higher than current price. .say share trading at 100 , but i want to buy when it reaches 105, i.e 105 acts as a trigger to buy the shares.

In this case, you need to place a STOP LOSS BUY LIMIT order with Trigger and Price at 105
