Is it possible to create buy sell indicator based on 10 and 20 day OHLC average inputs in Pi platform. The signals would be based on higher highs & higher lows/lower highs and lower lows on 10 / 20 days average values.

You can create a scripted alert/expert advisor, but you can’t create an indicator as such.
If you want something to scripted in tradescript, the trading language on Pi, do ask that here, someone will answer.
