Buy today sell tomorrow (BTST)

I need to get some information about BTST.

Question 1
Suppose an example today i purchase some shares (EQ Series shares only ) by CASH its possible to sell that shares by next day or day after tomorrow before its come to my demat account. If so then then the transaction will be consider as an intraday?

Question 2

Suppose an example i sold some number of shares in the morning, against that selling value am eligible to purchase some other company shares immediately

Yes, Sure. You can use that amount immediately.:slight_smile:

That is what many traders do. They sell holdings use that margin for intraday and buy back shares before markets close.
