Buying upper circuit stocks

Hello,
I was tracking few stocks that were mentioned in the block/bulk deals section of NSE a few days back.Tried placing AMO marker order the next day.But the order doesn’t get executed and is in open status because there are only buyers.How can we successfully get the order to be placed.Does placing a market order in pre-opening session help?

If You are a retail Investor. I would Suggest You to stay away from placing Order in pre-open market.
