Is buying call and put options are not allowed other than Nifty and Banknifty?
Well, you can buy index options as well as stock options but market orders are blocked for stock options due to illiquidity risks.
There is a possibility that you were placing market orders for stock options which were being rejected. Please place a limit order by entering the price at which you want to buy the stock option and the order will be accepted.
