Camarilla Scanner conditions in Streak

I am trying to create code for a CAMARILLA SCANNER in Streak but finding some issues.

I see that you only have the R4 level prebuilt but I want to code for the R5 level.

FORMULA is - R5 = R4 + 1.168 * (R4 – R3)

Please help me create the scanner conditions.
