Contingent order in the sense that the order triggers contingent on certain conditions such as last bid/ask, change %, volume etc.
Contingent orders can be placed only in terms of last traded price using stoploss orders. But you can create scripted alerts on Pi with some preset conditions based on technical analysis, you will have to hit a button to buy/sell when the alert is generated though.
