No. The Bank should be Registered as a Self Certified Syndicate Bank.

YES. Self Certified Syndicate Banks.

YES. Entities like Stock Brokers, Investment Bankers etc having an agreement with the Undertakers to the Issue.

Meant to write Underwriters, but with the past IPO’s turning out to be a trap for many Investors, even using UnderTakers, is not a bad choice afterall.
