i have some tax-free bonds in SBI depository and wanted to transfer them to SBICAPS DP or Zerodha DP. (Now SBI and SBICAPS are separate DPs) But SBI DP says that minimum lock in period of the Bond to expire to effect transfer. Is this right? any comments appreciated.
