Can delivery shares of the companies not listed under MIS be bought and sold on the same day as intraday?

Delivery shares can be bought and sold on the same day and they are considered as intraday but can the same be done with companies that are not listed for intraday(MIS) or buying and selling the shares of these companies on the same day might lead to shortfall or some other penalties?

You mean to ask if you can buy and sell shares on same day using cnc? yes, you can if those won’t fall under trade to trade segment, anyhow you can see nudge on those stocks if they are not allowed to trade on same day.
