yes you can. Just choose order type limit and mention the price at which you want to buy.

Yes. You can buy a minimum quantity of 1 share, provided you have sufficient funds in your trading account.

There is a price range within which you can place a BUY LIMIT order for the day.

You will find this price range on the Market Depth / Snap Quote window of your Trading Terminal.

This is sometimes referred to as the Upper and Lower Circuit Limit.
