i incurred loss in option trading last financial year 2013-14, can i mention it in ITR form of this year, can you please guid for the same.
No, if you haven’t already declared it when filing for the returns last year, you cannot do it now. Losses can be claimed only if you file the returns in time. If you have any losses for 2014/15, make sure to do it within the last date as stipulated by the IT deptmnt.
