Can i know the escalation matrix of Zerodha for resolving the problem?

worst support system , no one solve the issue properly
Agree with Ramesh, Some people are really scrap, Poor in understanding the simple calculations too. Even I am searching for this escalation matrix, looks like they don’t have any. Reported lots of bugs but they that is how their system works.
I am also interested in knowing the escalation matrix as my problem is not resolved by support team of zerodha
