Can i put an assumption that Maximum put option has been build up

Dear Folks,

Can you please go through below link and tell me whether my understanding is correct or wrong. Also please justfiy if wrong.

Put option 25 seen a good OI build up and remains a Positive "Change in OI" whereas if you see call option from 27.5 to call option 35 "Change in OI is seen as negative. Should i presume maximum short positions has build up for put 25 option.

Yes you can assume maximum short position are there at 25 PE.

wrt to link it is loading me the present data.May be yesterday the change in OI for call options might be negative.
