You can but only for Equity delivery and Intraday trading, you can’t use realized profit to take overnight positions in F&O, read this to know more.

Currently you can use, realised profit for Equity Intraday. But once new rules come into effect from September 1st you won’t be able to do this.

Suppose I bought a share at 100 and sell it 110.
I can use 100 rupees but not 10 rupees. 10 INR will settle on T+2 day. So I can use it on T+3 day.
Right. Profits realised from Equity Intraday are settled on T+2 days, while profits realised from F&O are settled on T+1 day.
When are you going to introduce same day settlement ?
The settlement cycle is the same everywhere.
