Can NRI trade options scalping?

Hi,
Are NRI allowed to trade Intra day in options ( scalping)? I know that NRI are allowed to trade FO. But my question is specific to Scalping trading in futures and options. Please clarify.

Yes, there is no classification of intraday and delivery in F&O. You can trade both if you have the CP code through which NRI’s can trade F&O.
