Can someone please tell me the market timings of Global commodity markets like London metal exchange and Comex ?

Right now london metal exchange is 13:30 ist and comex is 18:30 ist. Timings will change sometime in march and it will be 12:;30 ist for london and 17:30 ist for comex

While Trading in commodity markets of India, Are LME and Comex the only two exchanges one should keep an eye on?

I have only traded in crude. LME and Comex are enough for trading crude. Most of the big moves in crude only happen after 18:30 ( Comex Opening).
