Does Zerodha CG statement take Indexation into account while calculating long term capital gains on exiting Debt funds after > 3 years. Or does this have to be manually calculated by investor and the software only calculates the absolute gains.

The tax P&L doesn’t account for indexation. This has to be done by the investor himself.
