Yes, you’re right @Arun4 . GOLDBEES doesn’t attract STT, while some ETFs have STT only on the sell side. You can download the STT Non-applicability report by clicking here from NSE to check the list of instruments where STT doesn’t apply.
For the ETFs you mentioned, STT is applicable at 0.001% (₹1 per lakh) on the sell side for delivery.
You can also check the applicable charges and taxes in the Kite order window. Once the order is executed, you can also refer to the virtual contract note for the charges.

According to you if the stt charges is 0.001% on sell side for the juniorbees then it should be 5 rupees on 5 lakh right? So only 2 possibility are there either you or calculator is saying wrong.
Hey Dependra, yes your calculation is correct, the STT charged would be 0.001% on the sell value of Rs 5Lakh, which comes to Rs5.
