Charges on Settlement of Nifty ITM Options

If I write index (Nifty and BankNifty) options and they are ITM on expiry and I don’t square off the position, are there any charges such as NSE transaction charges, brokerage, stamp duty etc applicable on the settlement of these ITM options? @siva

Thanks Arun. That’s an old article which talks about STT. I’m more interested in knowing if NSE transaction charges will apply.
