Charts and indicator not loading

Of late TradingView charts both in Kite mobile app and desktop are going from bad to worse.

They don’t load fully when switching app. The indicators like MAs,RSI don’t get created. As a result have to either keep refreshing the app (on mobile) or scroll to extreme left and scroll right back under the hope that indicators will build up.

When choosing continuous futures chart on Daily timeframe, the charts keep flickering between continuous and non continuous.

I have even raised this issue to Zerodha but clearly they have stopped working for customers. Anyone else facing the same ?

Well, I used to face this issue earlier, but after clearing the cache, it got resolved and I haven’t encountered it since.

Just curious what they said in response? Did you actually get a proper resolution, or was it just another vague reply?

I meant cache for the app . And for web, clear the site data and cookies, then check once; it might help.

Didn’t work. Infact had even done a total uninstall and reinstall of app

Hey @himanshupant , could you please open a ticket on support.zerodha.com and share a short video of the issue?

We’ve already reported this to TradingView and are waiting for an update, but having a video will help us check it better.

Done that quite a few times. They have my complaints but are a useless bunch of chaps with founder busy in podcasting and bragging that we have not expanded our tech team. Customer experience can go to hell.
Have stopped trading there and started moving to Dhan already
