Yes I checked now…still have an issue…click chart refresh icon…It’s automatically changed to 1 Day chart…
That is because your preference was day timeframe, you can change timeframe and save it as preference under layout, if not wait for 30 secs to get it saved. Then refresh and check.

There is 30 seconds auto save feature introduced in new kite chart.So ,if you change time period/indicator and wait for 30 seconds or more, it will be saved as preferences, and will be fetched after chart refresh.
Okay I understand…but I have an one doubt… I set day time frame in preference and choose weekly charts, now if I click refresh icon what will happen…
If I refresh page means, the chart will load 1 day…It’s correct…But I click on refresh icon on 5 min chart, 5 min chart only need to refresh…

There is auto saving option, means if you change to 5 min and leave it for 30 secs your new preference is 5 min even though u din’t save it as preference manually.
Okay …I view chart on one day view…after I changed into weekly view…Now I refresh page means It will load one day chart…

The candle for 10:20 to 10:25 doesn’t show what happened @ 21, 22,23… It just pops out a fresh move…

It will load what ever the latest preference is.
Preference is set in 2 ways
- Manually
- Auto save option with time limit of 30 secs.
If preference is day, one change to 5 min and refresh it will give day.
If preference is day, one change to 5 min and wait for 30 secs, new preference will be 5 mins hence refresh now will give 5 min.

Why bro…nowadays Zerodha platform have many problems…How to take trade with this type of issues…
how to believe it’s working fine or not…most of them have fear on take trade on zerodha…
Issues are fixed Market hours only…Really zerodha is Safe…

We need to click refresh icon every time bro else switch to others…
Zerodha don’t have enough resources to maintain their platforms…
No good developers, test engineers and also Outdated Servers…
they are not concentrate on issues in zerodha…

I view chart 1 day time frame on CANBK Chart, Now I will open any other scripts it shows 5 min chart…
It should show 1 day chart only…It’s an clear issue…
