Same problem is here (alert with close price)… even i am paid subscriber of advance service… i have setup HCLTECH(NSE) CLOSE <956 … at 30 july closing price is 947.15 but doesn’t trigger… and no notification… days back same problem with kotak mahindra bank… price close below my set trigger price but no notification… still now i have no successful trigger based on this CLOSE PRICE (BELOW<) Criteria…
SO what’s the benefit of being paid user…??? it’s totally wastage of my money…
