Should I buy companies which have more liabilities than asses but give a decent dividend ?
No buddy, not a good idea.

I don’t think that is a wise option. You don’t want to be part of such companies. I know that people think that they can pull some profits from such companies but trust you don’t want to board a sinking ship. There are other companies to think of.
