Can someone help me build a simple condition on Streak where the RSI is between 70 and 80, and the current close crosses above the previous 1-year high?
what is your timeframe ?
I have kept my timeframe as 1 day and it’s giving me alert post 3.30 pm. Can I get it a bit earlier say by 3 pm?

i think the alerts are generated after the close of the candle and base time frame you have set , so for the day candle it will give the alert after the close of 1 day candle i.e after 3:30 pm , if you need it before you have reduce base time frame.
I tried it, you get alert only after market close
What particular do you check with this scanner ??
understood. What can be a better alternative to 1 day? Is 30 min or 1 hr timeframe good enough?
if you want exact at 3PM , you might keep it as 15 minutes as base time frame.
