We’ve migrated to our in house backoffice from a vendor backoffice, the data has all been imported. You should be able to download contract notes for the last Financial year latest by Wednesday eod.

Instead of sending emails about you guys getting awards and becoming 3rd largest brokerage, it would actually help clients to keep informed about these developments.
No information was send about migration, your support remains pathetic and still have not bothered to inform this.
Can you guys not keep the old things working till you fix the new ones.
