what you mean by without charging it ? Copy trading is not allowed, but still people do it.
Meaning not doing at as a service (and thereby looking for any concessions wrt law).

Never thought this could be illegal within family. Whats the rule exactly?
My plan is to set up my code to run on another laptop for Father’s account using his money - basically trying to make some money for him to manage retirement expenses better. There is no gift and so i am not paying less tax. Rather he would make more money and pay his own tax on that - is that illegal now ?
