What is the correlation of nifty50 with other stocks.
When Nifty starts falling, good stocks also falls, why it happens

Because Nifty50 is made of those “good stocks”. So they are co-related.

It’s a risk off thing. When Nifty stocks are falling, the demand for ‘good’ stocks outside of the Nifty also goes down.

Nifty50 falls because those “good stocks” fall…It is an index reflecting the 50 stocks…

Sorry your observation is bit wrong.
When those so called good stocks start falling, Nifty follows their pattern.
