Could i extend the expiry of option

i just wanat to know that how could i extend exp date of any option i mean that i have bought today 4 lots of " yes bank 780" call option with an exp of 29 oct 2015 but it falls down very fast and i just want to know that

could i extend my exp date and hold it for nov if yes what should be the process

plz answer i m in trouble

You can not extend your expiry date of options.
