Credit not received for sale of mutual fund

Hi,

I have sold my debt mutual funds in my DP, however I havent received the credit in my ledger for the sale. My broker says the approval from the RTA (register and transfer agent) is pending. It has been more than the stipulated T+2 days since the sale.

Is this actually possible or is my broker taking me for a ride.

Given the situation we are in, there have been delays in RTAs processing these transactions. We are in touch with the AMCs and the RTAs. Can you please create a ticket here support.zerodha.com

Thanks Bhuvanesh. These are not with Zerodha. Just wanted to confirm that the issue is genuine.
