Date Format in Pi Excel Sheets and Kite API Datastreams

I download some commodity futures contract 1minute data for past 60 days on the day of their expiry from Pi.

I often notice discrepancies in date formatting in the same data that is fetched.

Sometimes, it is in YYYY-MM-DD HH:MM format, sometimes YYYY-MM-DD HH:MM:SS format, sometimes YYYY-MM-DD HH:MM:SS AM/PM format. Sometimes with slashes in place of dashes.

I end up spending time to clean up this mess or get them all to the same format. Is there a setting that can fix this issue?

Right now, I don’t take data streams from Kite API. At some point, I want to do it. But this date format is scaring me if this issue exists on tick-by-tick basis as well… maybe, I’ll cross that bridge when I get there.

For now, pls help me with query on downloading data from Pi.

tl;dr: Date format in contract data fetched from PI (to excel) is often inconsistent. Is there a setting to fix it?

@siva Could someone suggest something on this topic?

Nope, Pi is a vendor product and not inhouse so any fixes or developments will no go into it. We ourselves are asking clients to use kite.
