Hello.

I have two questions on Margin Pledge:

1. What ia the rate of interest Zerodha charges if my cash balance goes into negative while my available margin is positive?

2. Is there any penalty or charge if I sell a share without un-pledging it first?

If available cash in your account is negative, the interest is 0.05% per day.

Currently, you cannot sell shares without unpledging.

And if I place a request to unpledge a share today, i will be able to sell it only tomorrow? Or same day also possible?

if you place an unpledge request before 3:30 pm, the stocks will be available for trading on the next day. If the request is placed after 3.30 pm, the stocks will be available for trading the day after. Explained here.
