You would be aware that the promoters of your Company “Shreyas Shipping & Logistics Limited” has announced an intention to voluntary delist the company from the stock exchanges. Following the Reverse Book Building process, the promoters have given a counter offer price of INR 400 per share to all shareholders who intends to sell their shares in this delisting.
In this regard, we would like to inform you that the shareholders who had not previously tendered Equity Shares during the Reverse Book Building Process and are desirous of tendering their Equity Shares in the counter offer can do so between the counter offer bid period i.e., October 11, 2023, to October 17, 2023, by 11:00 AM.
Further, the shareholders who had tendered Equity Shares during the Reverse Book Building Process and are desirous of withdrawing their bids can do so between October 03, 2023, to October 16, 2023, by 11:00 AM.
In this regard, Trustwell Management Consulting & Services LLP has been appointed to reach out to the shareholders to update them on an ongoing basis on the status of the process.
