Difference between buy script, sell script, exit long script & exit short script?

this is regarding EA coding on PI .

buy script is for buy and exit buy or exit long nothing but a sell or stoploss or target of buy (bought/long) and

sell script is for sell and exit sell or exit short nothing but a buy or stoploss or target of sell (sold / shorted)
