When I check Insider section for few of the companies, I see some transactions marked as “Disposal - Buy Back” and “Disposal - Market Sale” type. Can any one help me to understand the difference between these. Thanks in advance!

This is when an insider has sold the shares as part of company’s buyback program.
This is when an insider has sold the shares through open market transaction.
