Both are the same Arjun. The stock market is also called the secondary market.

If you directly go to sea & catch fish, it is Primary market.

If you go to a place where some one is selling fish to you that they caught, then, it is Secondary market.

& If you go to a restaurant & are served Fried Fish, then, you will have to pay VAT. :stuck_out_tongue:
