Difference in the stock price

when i am cross checking the price of stock i traded on 2 jan 2019 , it is showing wrong price now.
(A) WIPRO
On 2 jan i took trade it was trading in the range 330-320
but when i am checking the price now it is showing 250-242.5.

(B) NTPC
on 2 jan i took trade it was trading in the range 150-145
but when i am checking the price now it is showing 125-120

the price showing now is wrong , i checked with NSE past data

NTPC gave bonus of 1:5 on 30 Jan 2019

Check same for other stock or not
