I made a payment for SIP but it showed Transaction Failed, however, the amount got deducted from my account. Then I again made the payment and it showed as payment successful. In how many days I will be getting a refund of the first payment which showed as a failed transaction.

I have an SIP for tomorrow (Date- 05/07/22) but I haven’t received any email for the same, nor anything in pending payments. It is for an AMC SIP.

Can you let me know how I should be making the payment for the same?

Thanks for responding. It is the 5th today ( day of AMC SIP), however haven’t received anything yet not can see it in the orders/ pending payments.

We don’t control the fund flow anymore unfortunately :frowning: So the NAV will be of the date on which the exchanges receive the funds.

@Bhuvan I made 5 SIP payments on July 1 and they were all successful. I have gotten allotment for 3 of those funds today and 2 of them are still processing? Both of them are funds from Navi. Is there some issue with placing orders for Navi? Or is there some other reason?

You said that payments can be made through UPI, NEFT, RTGS and Net Banking. Is it possible to make the payment for mutual fund through Billdesk linked with same bank account?

@Bhuvan pls start e mandate for Sipping through coin , it should be automated else it’s very difficult to pay in the morning for the SIP on that day after receiving the mail. Hope to hear the automation related news soon from you

I had an SIP which got triggered on July 3rd and I paid for the same on July 4th(before 2 PM) using UPI. Yet, I haven’t been allocated the units and it says processing in order history. Today is 6th July.

Am i missing something?

Same here. I paid for all of my SIPs on July 4, 8 AM. Till now, none of the order is completed. @Bhuvan when are these orders expected to get processed.
