i want to know that for formulating a successful trading strategy it necessary to back test it?
because many retail trader not have required knowledge and tools to back test.
any other way to formulate strategy ?
or any one providing back testing services?

Lot of retail traders backtest there strategy you can atleast forward test yours before trading with real money.

No shortcut for this. You have to learn to code to backtest. Amibroker is a good starting point.
