Dividend not credited from gabriel

I buy the shares of Gabriel 1 year ago… I hold the shares in my account
The dividend ex-date is 30 jul 2020 and today date is 15 aug but the dividend amount is not credited in my bank account.
If the dividend amount not credited in my account so what should I have to for getting the dividend?
