Dividend Payment - Not credited for last 6 months

Hello Experts,

Have a question about Dividend payment.

Since there are 2 bank account mapped in the trading account,. there is no dividend credited for last 6 months.
Now i have removed the 2nd account which was mapped.

But how to check or follow up on the payments? who is the right contact? Broker or RTA?

Anyone knows the right procedure to follow up on this?

Primary account is where u get the dividends.
