Do the total BID and ASK quantity helps?

Sometimes i see the huge difference between total bid and ask quantity, like twice. And market seems to be moving clearly on the direction of whichever is higher. If there is more bid, market seems bullish and vice versa. When market reverses, total bid and ask quantity also reverses. I haven’t made any live trade with these data. Has anyone here tried this?

Yes, it helps sometimes. If the buyer is more then the chances are of increase in price and seller is more then prices may go down.

This is not very reliable. Often orders are placed at extreme high, lows to manipulate. These extreme orders may never execute but gives wrong picture of demand & supply.
