Does every price which is executed (or traded) on exchange will be recorded on candle charts or data tables of trading platform?

I placed SL-M sell order on 7800 call option at 85.60. My order executed at 85, but when I go and check on charts and data tables at the time (12:52 p.m.) order execution time, Rs.85 price is not recorded, I assume market didn’t come to that price.

No. That kind of precise information will not get captured in candle charts, only if it is a high or low, will reflect in that minute data. Sometimes it doesn’t even get captured at all.
