Are the F&O trades also visible in the depository account? Are the things at end of the day only registered in the depository or all the trades are visible even if I exit the position by EoD.
All trades are executed through the Exchange, so they’ll have the records. Depositories like CDSL and NDSL offer Demat account service where you can store shares in the electronic format and, record all your equity delivery trades. FnO doesn’t fall under their supervision. More on depositories here.
