Does Pi to Excel data snapping happen on real time contenious basis? Or do I have to refresh to get latest quotes in Excel?

In pi using Link to Excel , we get the real time data continuously with out lag when market is open.

sometimes it stopped buffering in excel, if i close and open, it works !!!, what to do if stopped(any refresh option),
