Does zerodha charge for call n trade even when zerodha trader is not working due to the issues at their end?

I was forced to call zerodha call n trade yesterday as I was getting “adapter down” in the message on clicking order. On calling zerodha support, they said that it would take 10 mins to get rectified. During this time, I had to keep a stop loss order. Will zerodha Charge here for call n trade?

I faced several issues with the Z trader even today facing frequent disconnections in the live data. Due to this i had to suddenly cut back my positions by calling the Zerodha office kochi for which they have deducted for all call n trade.
