Dormat huf account

I have an old HUF Demat account that has become dormant. The DP has asked for KYC documents and the HUF Deed for reactivation.

The problem is that the original HUF Deed is not available, and I do not know the date of incorporation/creation of the HUF. On the HUF PAN card, the date field appears as ANCESTRAL, while the Income Tax PAN records show different details, resulting in a mismatch during the KYC process.

Has anyone faced a similar issue?

1. Can a dormant HUF Demat account be reactivated without the original HUF Deed?
2. What alternative documents can be submitted to establish the HUF’s existence and constitution?
3. How can the date of creation/incorporation of the HUF be determined if the original deed is unavailable?
4. How can the PAN/KYC mismatch be resolved in such cases?
5. Will a fresh HUF declaration or affidavit from the Karta be accepted by the DP?

Any guidance or experience would be greatly appreciated.
