DP closing and not responding, how to transfer the shares

NSDL ask Karvy to close its business. Karvy DP not responding for my emails.
Not transferring the shares to another account.
What will happen to my share holding if DP not responding/transferring shares to another account.
already complaint to nsdl site no response still.

I too have the same problem with Karvy not responding. CDSL is now handling requests to transfer to new DP following Dec 11 termination with Karvy. I haven’t found any info in NSDL website or Google on the form to printout from NSDL (not Karvy) to request transfer following Dec 31. Can indicate NSDL’s process to transfer Karvy stocks to a new broker?

Thanks but my query is about NSDL. I already saw the clarification for CDSL. However I am looking to transfer from Karvy to a new broker by directly approaching NSDL. Is there a form or process in NSDL to submit a DP transfer request from Karvy to the new broker? I have obtained a certified CMR from the new broker and Karvy may drag the request beyond Dec 31. Hence the urge to do this directly with NSDL early next year.

I think NSDL has a service on their website just like CDSL easiest that allows you to move stocks from one NSDL demat account to another. E.g. Karvy to Sharekhan since Sharekhan supports NSDL.

I got the shares transferred today. All shares transferred from NSDL Karvy account to CDSL Zerodha account. sharing the info if somone yet to recieve it.
you have to obtain CMR copy attested from New account DP and send it to Karvy DP.
