During pre open, does all the matched order gets executed between 9:08 -9:12?

Let me take an example to explain my question. Four people placed order between 9:00-9:08.
A placed a order to sell 100 qty of X @120.
B placed a order to buy 100 qty of X @120.
C placed a order to sell 10 qty of X @119.
D placed a order to buy 10 qty of X @119.

Does all of the above will get executed?

At 9.00 AM – 9.07 AM you can place orders and

At 9.07 AM - 9.08 AM the order matching happens.

not from 9.08 - 9.12
