I have a question reagarding E-Mandate facility. Can this be a bank account not associated with Zerodha trading account. For ex I have ICICI bank associated but I need to have E-mandate from HDFC.
Is this possible ?
You can only add funds through e-Mandates using a mapped bank account. You need not change your primary bank account mapped with Zerodha. You can simply add a secondary bank account and create a mandate once the account is mapped. Check the process to add a secondary bank account below:
